Business process flow management
Genetrix has developed a new AdOpera feature for the management of the company Process Flow that can be integrated with catalogs and accounting systems.
It is an application that can cover different needs and with the strong verticalization typical of the services that Genetrix offers.
Thanks to our web application, for example, it is possible to manage the entire process flow that goes from the fault reporting to the resolution, also allowing real-time viewing of progress to the reporting customer.

Change of location for Genetrix
The collaboration of Genetrix and the System Line will be further strengthened in the coming months when the Genetrix offices will move to the new headquarters in the industrial area of Terrafino, Via I Maggio, 75 in Empoli.
Much more space for the development of our ideas in a bright and modern environment.

New ecommerce coming soon
For some weeks we have been working on some new ecommerce that will be published in the coming months.
The systems exploit the Genetrix Remida and Catalog services for the management of customer information and products integrated with the modules of the CMS OnLine.
The solutions implemented also work in integration with the Team System management systems thanks to the collaboration with the Empoli System Line.

The collaboration with Asl Toscana Centro and Estar starts again
From April 1st Genetrix works again with Estar and Asl Toscana Centro.
The object of this new collaboration is the maintenance of the applications developed over years of common work and the implementation of data analysis and ETL tools for monitoring the quality of flows and for checking the payments of services.

In Genetrix we are working safely from aur house thanks to smart working technologies. Both development and assistence are still active.
Many companies are preparing to restart after the end of the emergency reorganizing the processes of their work. For this reason we are mainly working on the activations of new customers for RCEE and F-GAS modules in Adopera but also devoping new programs and websites.
