Genetrix provides an application for the management of the company Process Flow that can be integrated with catalogs and accounting systems.
The web application covers different needs and with the strong verticalization typical of the services offered by Genetrix.
The first important installation of the service was made at CSO Italia (Costruzione Strumenti Oftalmici) in Florence in collaboration with the System Line.
Thanks to our web application, the entire process of reporting and repairing equipment failures (Ticketing) is managed.

Thanks to our web application, for example, it is possible to manage the entire process flow that goes from the fault reporting to the resolution, also allowing real-time viewing of progress to the reporting customer.

The collaboration of Genetrix and the System Line will be further strengthened in the coming months when the Genetrix offices will move to the new headquarters in the industrial area of Terrafino, Via I Maggio, 75 in Empoli.

Much more space for the development of our ideas in a bright and modern environment.

For some weeks we have been working on some new ecommerce that will be published in the coming months.

The systems exploit the Genetrix Remida and Catalog services for the management of customer information and products integrated with the modules of the CMS OnLine.

The solutions implemented also work in integration with the Team System management systems thanks to the collaboration with the Empoli System Line.

From April 1st Genetrix works again with Estar and Asl Toscana Centro.

The object of this new collaboration is the maintenance of the applications developed over years of common work and the implementation of data analysis and ETL tools for monitoring the quality of flows and for checking the payments of services.

The development of a new feature of the Genetrix development framework is proceeding rapidly.

Thanks to the new technologies made available by html5, our programs can provide modules that are able to work offline. The first program to benefit from this new technology will be the WTPortal for the insertion of tablet orders even in the absence of internet connection, later it will be possible to provide similar modules for any Genetrix web application
